Best Cloud Storage Services On The Web

If you don't yet have a service for storing and syncing your data in the cloud, you need one. You might even need more than one. You can sign up for an online cloud storage service, such as Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive, and have all your files made available to you no matter where you are or which device you're using. The very best cloud storage solutions play nicely with other apps and services to make the experience of doing something with your files relatively seamless to you. Some are free and few ofdollars:D Many great cloud storage services have a free account that usually comes with a few limitations.
Here are the best online cloud storage solutions....

Google Drive

Google drive is the most  used service in terms of online storage. It provides  15 GB of free data storage which can be access on Gmail , Google+ , Google photos .You can Store any kind of data which includes videos ,pictures, docs, files etc .Google Drive can be accessed offline on the Google Chrome browser via a Chrome App, which can be installed from the Chrome App store. Documents, spreadsheets, presentations and drawings can also be viewed and edited offline through standalone Chrome apps.Users can upgrade their free 15 GB account through a paid monthly subscription plan to get more storage.
StoragePrice
15 GBFree

1 TB$9.99 per month
10 TB$99.99 per month

In terms of everyday use, Drive offers the same drag-and-drop syncing as Dropbox, and lets you pick which folders inside Drive you want to sync from within the desktop app.You can't yet use Drive with multiple Google accounts, which is a pain, but we'd expect that feature in due time.Google Drive also provide .Drive also includes an option to turn on OCR text scanning, which means that when you upload images to Drive, Google will scan the images for text and make them searchable.

Drop Box

Dropbox offers free cloud-based storage for personal use, with highly affordable options for commercial use. But sharing files via Dropbox comes with some interesting gotchas, especially when large volumes of data are involved or when files are shared by many users. The Basic account is free, which nets you 2 gigabytes (GB) of space. As you refer friends to Dropbox, which often happens when you share a link and your friends sign up, Dropbox automatically gives you more free space. The Pro account comes with 1 terabyte (TB) of space and costs $9.99/month. With Pro, you can recover files within 30 days of deletion or pay $3.99/month to recover deleted files up to 1 year later, and set shared links to expire in a number of days or on a certain date and manage permissions for shared folders.

iCloud

iCloud is a cloud storage  and cloud computing service from  Apple Inc. launched on October 12, 2011.iCloud isn't much of a Dropbox competitor, but if all you need synced between your devices are text documents, it can be a pretty seamless solution. Various apps such as Pages and iA Writer have iCloud sync capabilities, saving your work after every keystroke and instantly sending changes to Apple's servers. Once you open up iA Writer or Pages on another Apple device or Mac with OS X Lion, you'll already be working with the most recent version of your document. While iCloud is a very rudimentary document-syncing solution, it might also be the simplest one to use. And if you need to stream music or videos you've purchased from the cloud, you can do that, too. Pricing: additional 10GB for $20/year; additional 20GB for $40/year; additional 50GB for $100/year.In terms of User interface it is the best cloud storage .

Microsoft Onedrive
OneDrive (previously SkyDriveWindows Live SkyDrive, and Windows Live Folders) is a file hosting service that allows users to sync files and later access them from a web browser or mobile device. Users can share files publicly or with their contacts; publicly shared files do not require a microsoft account to access them. Microsoft's OneDrive has been quietly hosting people's documents and photos for years. And all the while Microsoft has been honing the service. You'll get 15GB just for signing up, plus the ability to earn more free space through actions and referrals. The company has made OneDrive a cornerstone of windows 8 or windows 10 , so users of that platform may find it one of the most convenient services. It is available on Windows, Mac, Web, Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows Tablet, Xbox.

Box

One of the first names in cloud storage and file-syncing, Box makes your files available to you across multiple computers and mobile devices. A free account comes with 10GB of space, which is pretty generous. Box has a lot of collaboration features included, and so paid plans are charged by the user, start at $5 per user per month for 100GB of storage space.Box offers three account types: Enterprise, Business and Personal.Users may invite others to view and/or edit an account's shared files, upload documents and photos to a shared files folder (and thus share those documents outside of Box), and give other users rights to view shared files. One of Box's specialties is its ability to let you make comments on files from mobile devices, whereas many other file-syncing and backup apps only let you view them.It is available on  Windows, Mac, Web, Android, iOS, BlackBerry.

SugarSync

Among file-syncing services, SugarSync remains the most intuitive. SugarSync is similar to Dropbox, only it lets you sync any files and folders you want while preserving your folder structure. There's no need to move all your content for syncing into a Dropbox-like folder, although if you're more comfortable with that method, SugarSync's Magic Briefcase will do the trick. There is no truly free account with SugarSync, although you can try it out for 90 days. Among paid plans, a 100GB account costs $9.99 per month or $74.99 per year. A 500GB account costs $39.99 per month or $249.99 per year, with the first year discounted to $124.99. SugarSync also has excellent and intuitive mobile apps.
